changing Email Address on Account

Hi, sorry if this has been covered but I am scratching my head trying to work out how to change the contact email on my account. i.e. the email I use for my login and which is used to send me im's offline ... I want to change the e-mail not the account because for a period of time that email is going to be unusable.

Please send us an email from the existing email address with your request and we'll update your account accordingly.
