for some reason my payment plan stopped

And all my worlds are in storage. Looking in my email I am not seeing why. What should I do?

Our system sent you an email notice about this to the email address that is connected to your Kitely account and I later sent you an email regarding this as well.
I'm now in the process of replying to the last email you sent us with instructions for how you should proceed if you wish to retain your worlds.
