Its good that resident can log in via twitter or facebook . But what happens their FB or twitt account got suspended or banned thse social media, how can they log in to kitely , will all their region be gone ?

Hi Joe,
We've already created contingencies for such possible lockouts so people who are locked out will be able to contact us via the email that is connected to their Facebook or Twitter account and we'll switch their accounts from Facebook/Twitter login to the email/password method.
In any case, even if a person is locked their worlds and KC aren't lost they are just inaccessible to that person until the login problem has been resolved (e.g. using the aforementioned method).
