Checkout problem on Kitely Marketplace

Post by Ladyheart Janick »

I recently selected some items to buy on the Kitely Marketplace, and for a few days now I have been trying to check out with no luck. Every time I click on Paypal it says "wait..." and then I get the message "Failed to communicate with the server". I have never had this problem before, so could you please let me know if something is happening on the Kitely website to stop it communicating with Paypal. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Ladyheart.

Hi Ladyheart,

Please go to our website and press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the browser page then go to your Kitely Market shopping cart and try to check out.

What browser are you using? Do you have any add-ons installed on it?

Thank you for getting back to me Ilan. I logged into Kitely and pressed F5 as instructed, but when I clicked on the cart to take me to the list of items ordered, and then clicked on Paypal, I still got the same result with the "wait.." and "failed to connect". I really don't know what could be causing this but I will delete the items in this order now, and then try starting all over again later today.

It's not something on our website, it looks like your browser isn't connecting to PayPal when we redirect you to it.

What browser are you using?

Do you have any add-ons installed on it?

Do you have any antivirus installed, and if so which?
