Problem with the Kitely Market settings

I tried setting up my account to deliver to my avatar on another grid (OSGrid) that has exactly the same name as my Kitely account. As per the instructions, I made sure the avatar was logged in to receive the notecard for verification. It told me the avatar "does not exist" on that grid. I tried traveling with said avatar to the Kitely Welcome region, in an attempt to perhaps update its awareness of the avatar's existence, and I tried giving it a day or three to see if it was just a processing delay since the Kitely account is kinda new-ish. But I still get told my OSGrid avatar "does not exist."
