Account History Server Error

I just got an email from PayPal telling me my automatic payment was discontinued, and when I tried to check on the Kitely website my account history page returns "internal server error". ¿Que paso?

Hi Kat,

Has your credit card information changed (for example did your credit card's expiration date get updated or have you switched credit cards lately)?

Please log into PayPal and check your transaction history there. Does it show any new entries relating to Kitely?

Regarding the Kitely website, please reload the webpage then navigate to the Account History page again via the Goto menu at the top of our website.

Thanks, Ilan. Oren emailed me that he's fixed the problem with the server (which he noticed in the logs before seeing my posting here), and I'm able to see the page now. PayPal still shows the autopayment as inactive, but y'all used KCs instead this month anyway. I'll keep an eye on it to see what happens in January. I'll forward the email notice I got, but for now things are under control. It surely is great to deal with people who stay on top of things the way you do!
