hi i like to have my sim offline for 1 or two months can this be done then start paying 2 month time. or do i need to cancel my sim all together if so how do i do that

You can switch your world to be a Stored World, see: https://www.kitely.com/services

To do so, open your My Worlds page then click the Manage button to open your world's Manage World dialog. In that dialog click the "change world type" link to enable you to select a new world type for your world.
