$5 for Kitely credits became $50

Post by Justin Smith »

I bought $5 worth of Kitely Credits using Paypal and somehow the transaction was 10x that amount. I received 10000 work of KC but only wanted 1000.

Hi Justin,

The payment notice we received was for $50. Are you sure you selected the $5 option and not the $50 one? (please view the email you got from PayPal)

If you want, we can refund that payment so you can reorder the amount you intended to order. (If we do this pease look at the amount stated in the PayPal payment page to verify that you're ordering the thing you're intending to order)

If you pay $50 to purchase Kitely Credits you're supposed to receive 15,000 KC for that transaction, not 10,000. Sounds like something is wrong there.

I'm sure I clicked on $5 and, when it went to Paypal it said $50 --- I impatiently just clicked to pay and after the page went away I said, Hey, was that $50? And sure enough I wound up with 15000 KC. I should have paid more attention to the Paypal screen. It's not a lot of money, so I guess I could just live with it...

If you can afford it, $50 is the minimum amount you should spend to buy Kitely Credits. This enables you to get the best rate of 300 KC per $1 spent.
With the selection in the Kitely Market growing by leaps and bounds, you will eventually find something to spend those credits on. :)

It was totally my mistake --- the web site works perfectly. I apologize for any inconvenience...
