I would like to add administrators for my grid. I thought I had done everything correctlky, but the first avatar I appointed cannot get logges in to the organization control panel. She keeps getting the message that she is using the wrong password. Now, I cannot even find where I established the password in the first place. Help, pelase.

To make a user into an Admin in your Organization, add it to the Admin user group.

I see you've done that for another user in your organization but I think I know why you're having login issues with that user account: you added an existing Kitely user with that name to your Organization as an Independent User (https://reves.kitely.org/user/10067042/manage/general) and then you also created a new user inside your Organization with the same account name as a Managed User (https://reves.kitely.org/user/52954522/manage/general). Note that as they both have the same account name the second account also got a "_2" appended to its user name.

Assuming that was not your intention I recommend you rename or delete the Managed User so that its account name and OpenSim avatar name will match.

To login into the Organization account with the Independent User you've added use your user name and that user's Kitely password (it's the same one it uses to login to our main website or the Kitely grid).

Another question: My other admins have purchased a region and would like to addd it to our drid, Reves Fantastqiques. Their world is called Desti-Nation. How do we do that?
