Hello there,
I have created a batch of managed users for the RezMela organization, rezmela.kitely.org .
I have been trying to test them buy login into the Setup Kitely application.
None of the passwords are working.
I keep getting the 'Incorrect password' message.
Is there anything I can do to fix?
Thanks
Ramesh

Hi Ramesh,
Please click their names in the Users tab, some of them have OpenSim avatar names that are different from the account names you created. You need to use the OpenSim avatar name to login.

Re: Managed users cannot log into Kitely organization
Hi Ilan,
I think I found out what was happening. I had created guest accounts for an institution before organization was implemented by Kitely. And I tried to reuse them. This must have caused name collisions in the back end. Creating new names for managed users from scratch seem to be working. And I understand what you are saying. I think I remove the names that collided. Simpler that way.
