Hi all,
I have a Guest that would like to come to Kitely from SecondLife... she has a concern about having a pretty avatar. In SL she has worked very hard to create a very nice avi. Any suggestions where to get "beautiful" female avatars for Kitely? Does not have to be a freebie.
Clothing of course she can shop for or create, but she's looking for avatar stuff like skin, shape, hair, etc, etc...

If you want some item that a Kitely Market merchant sells inSL but doesn't yet sell in Kitely then please contact that merchant and ask them to list that item in Kitely Market as well (most merchants are receptive to requests from potential customers).

I found in the past that if I asked a skin maker if they could do a custom skin for me, most would.

oh, and on the hair...

I have mentioned a couple of times that Tommy Fairplay of Damselfly is out and about in most OS commercial grids. [and in SL, of course]

So if some folks nagged him a bit they would likely get him to show up here eventually.

He has this one hairdo I used to always get, and in fact I am the only one to have his hair in 3rg as he was not able to work out his "special" arrangements there and left.

That specific arrangement, which I won't go into, is not an issue here, which he would need to be told just by talking about the free aspects here.

Awesome, awesome!! Thank you all so much... we have a good audience base for our live storytelling in SecondLife (after 6 years of doing it!). And we're really working hard to encourage peeps to try out Kitely with us. And I really want to assist each of them with individual needs and concerns to make them more comfortable here. We got a great estate now in Kitely, (thank you Ilan!) now to build our audience!
Anyway.. all your info and help and suggestions is very, very appreciated.

You should really go and check out the in-world store as most of the skins he makes are not listed on MP for some reason. You can find everything from humans in all skintones to elves, dryads and orcs. Plus lots of accessories and other goodies. The MP store really doesn't give you an impression of the sheer range of skins he has available. I think he is one of the most unique avatar makers out there.

Alia will be busy until summer, but certainly seemed interested in checking Kitely out. I am not suggesting mobbing him, but anyone interested in his work should probably drop a notecard or quick message expressing your interest. Then it will look like there are more people than.....well, just me at this point
