What is your one favorite thing about Kitely?
Mine would be the people I have met here. They have always been very friendly and always took time to answer my questions.

Re: What is your one favorite thing about Kitely?
It's easy.
When I started with OpenSim, I had to install a C compiler, hack opensim.ini, and learn some bizarre console commands.
Now I can just tell someone to put Kitely in their google search box, and off they go.
It's much more new-user friendly than anything else I've seen.

Good point! But if forced to narrow it down to one favorite "thing", I'd have to choose:Dundridge Dreadlow wrote:One ?
The wonderful helpful people we have in Kitely who are working hard to add more original stuff to the OpenSim metaverse and to create a community here.

There is lots to choose from, but I guess I have to always come back to the fact that Kitely provides the most for the least.

I especially like that the Owners do not try to micromanage adults with their own perceptions of reality. That is a rare thing in these feudal virtual Empires!!

Land prices, non upfront land setup fees, free uploads, day-to-day accounts and world pricing charges, premium worlds mode, bigger worlds, Megaregion mode, worlds save & export, friendly pioneering community
I´m not just putting it all in and gave it a thorough thought - All of these I love and all of these distinguish Kitely
But if I had to choose only one - Land/World prices would be the main drive

Re: What is your one favorite thing about Kitely?
Long term: Ilan & Oren GET IT. They don't always have the final or best answer immediately, no one does, but there's always solid business and tech reasoning behind the decisions, they're quick to change something if it's not working, and they pay close attention to their customers.
Short term: I can afford to create anything I have the chops for - cheap land & OAR backups, free uploads.

Re: What is your one favorite thing about Kitely?
Choosing one thing is impossible. But there is a great sense of freedom in being able to stretch out and build big things (or lots of little things.) Having a region all to yourself with all those prims in your pocket is pure awesomesauce! Of course that alone would not be enough. The people are the key, both the devs and the Kiteleans.
