Another veteran of SL from the class of '03.
I came in search of what SL used to be and had all the promise to become and I think I have found it in Kitely.

Only been here for a few hours and already met some like minded people, so I now hope to recreate Romantica Yacht Club and bring some of the best SL Musicians along for some gigs in in the near future.

You might check into hypergriding, there is a touring group based in Kitely.

I too am originally from SL and now spend my time between here at Kitely and inworldz. The people here are great, Oren and Ilan very knowledgeable. I definitely say that Kitely is the best Open Sim out here and I am SUPER happy to call it home. Come to the town meetings on Sunday to keep up to date with things going on and definitely share the progress of your project, would love to have some more musicians and venues!

While Kitely has various events from time to time, you are now a part of they hyperverse and can hypergate to 100s of places to explore.

Hey all

I'm new to Kitely and have come here to quite likely start my own virtual world!

It strikes me as professional, fairly priced, friendly staff and so on!

Oh, and the market and content protection and all of that seems excellent!

My only small criticism is I wish there was a little more flexibility in the world creation because 40 avatars max might be a tad low and 80 might be a tad high xD

I guess I'll have to see though. 40 is pretty cool so maybe I'm just being too ambitious!

Other than that though everything seems excellent and I am looking forward to getting started probably in the very near future!

Welcome to Kitely Mike.

You can start of with a Standard World and easily upgrade it to be an Advanced World at any time by doing the following:
1) Go to your My Worlds page.
2) Press the Manage link next to the world you wish to upgrade to open its Manage World dialog.
3) Press the "Change world type" link in that dialog and select the world type you want the world to have.

Your price for that month will be pro-rated based on the difference between the two world type prices and the remaining number of days in that month.

You'll then be able to increase your worlds size using the following instructions: https://www.kitely.com/virtual-world-ne ... ical-tool/
