I made an oopsy...I am looking to divide my 2x2 region into equal parcels of 4096.I found a .raw but turns out it was for a single region so now my sim is a mess...heeeeeellllpppp!

If you don't have anything on the region yet (objects, etc) what you *could* do ( I did this before when I messed up a region) is to go to your My Worlds page, choose to change world size, select one of the 3 corners that are not messed up and let it convert your world into a small one. Once you have that flat world, you can change the size again to the bigger size and all should be flat and like a brand new world.
