I have no experience with firewalls except from a home user perspective but on speaking to someone involved in edu/biz it seems to be a major issue, it seems to be a fight to get tech depts to allow anything.
Im sure kitely website and the .exe files for the plugin and viewer need to be "whitelisted" but what about voice. media on a prim, audio stream and video stream?
Any other issues ppl have come across or that i should be aware of?

You need to open the ports listed here in order to properly access Kitely: http://www.kitely.com/faq?id=how-do-I-c ... -to-kitely

Please note that these instructions don't configure the firewall to allow all possible audio and video sources.
