Congratulations to everyone for whom this has been such a trial.
I don't know anything about remuneration for voice services, but if kitely pays it then I do hope Vivox is passing along a discount for there being no or unreliable service for so long.
I can't imagine any company not delivering on a contract for an entire month and then not offering some remuneration for the trouble.
