I changed my name a week or so ago and thought better of it and went back to my original name I changed it in both the Account name and the avatar name but inworld I still have the previous name and I can't change it in display name. How can I correct this please? I changed it to Araminta Tranquility then went back to Araminta TwycrossTwitchy my original name when I bought a region in kitely. It shows the in my viewer at the top and it shows on my logg in. But inworld I am still Araminta Traquility.

Your viewer is still caching the old name.

To fix that, please open Firestorm, click the Kitely Welcome Center link in our viewer login page then the viewer Login button. Once you're inworld go to Viewer > Preferences > Network & Files > Directories and press both the "Clear Cache" button and the "Clear Inventory Cache" button. Now restart your viewer and log back into Kitely in order to ensure your viewer will get the new name association with your account.
