Redownloading my purchases

I have several hundred $$ in extensions etc, but I had to erase my metropolis account and now after my desktop crashing and needing to be reinstalled, I don't see any "download" links/button to get my files I purchased...

Hi Marisa,
Content sold in Kitely Market is licensed to the designated Deliver To avatar (in the buyer's Kitely Market shopping cart) using the permissions it is sold with (see the Proprietary Rights section of our
TOS)
Items are thus bought for a particular avatar on a particular grid with permissions that may or may not allow copies to be given to other avatars. We're therefore not at liberty to redeliver the orders to just any avatar.
You therefor have three options in cases such as yours:
1) If your new avatar has the same avatar name on the same grid (with the same grid URI) then we (Kitely) can redeliver all your orders to it.
2) You can ask the merchants from which you bought the orders to use the following feature to automatically redeliver some or all of the items you bought from them to your Kitely avatar. Please note that this means that your Kitely avatar will be the one that owns the items, not your new Metropolis one:

3) You can ask the merchants to manually give your new Metropolis avatar copies of the items you bought from them.
Please let me know which option you'd like to use.

We've resent all the orders you've specified as per your request. Please log into your grid then click all the links in the IMs our system sent you to complete the delivery process.
