Selling on More Than One Grid

I am curious about what people think of selling the same item on more than one grid. To be clear, the grids would be closed or otherwise disable exporting to other grids.

I'm not entirely certain HOW it works
..so.. I'm not entirely certain how to adapt the scripts to find the right asset on the remote grid
and...I don't trust the remote grid as much as I trust Kitely, especially with complex scripts

Having said that, I'm actually quite excited and intrigued by selling on remote grids. I would hope, however, that people from remote grids would be inclined to move to Kitely once they see the quality of stuff being placed on the marketplace that is exclusive to Kitely

I think you misunderstand, Dundridge. I don't mean use an online marketplace to sell in various grids, I mean selling in each grid individually. For example ...

I create Sword A offline. I import it to Kitely and start selling it here. I then go to AviNation and do the same. And InWorldz and so on to various closed grids. In each place I would have some sort of shop or vendor, each operating independently on each grid, though I am the owner of all of them. Oh, and prices would be equivalent across the grids, based on conversion to/from US$.

one is that kitely plans on selling via it's market to other grids somehow....i assume they have some plan for how they will be going about that

2nd, i dont see the issue with selling in multiple grids....i do that with my terrains but then that is different, i know...

what would be the issue sarge?

Oh that ! I thought you meant the Kitely Marketplace

In that case, I think you'll find people already moving stuff over from their previous home grids to Kitely and doing exactly that.

No issue. Just curious. And I will admit to thinking of the possibility of "exclusive" items.
