[Trouble Ahead]

Me ( Tessin's owner ) and another resident who lives and built on this world had no problems to log in the past days, usual start up time as we always have. I had some issues in the past, checked my internet connection and next my providers website and it was clear there were issues in my neighborhood that needed to be fixed. Maybe a good idea to check not only speedtest, but also your providers website on issues in your neighborhoods infrastructure.

TY Snooter but i still cannot get into Tessin but i can get into Secondlife with no problems.. I have high speed cable and a very strong connection. I cant know for the life of me why i cant get into Tessin... Why can i get to the welcome center but not to Tessin?

Hi Scurvy,

Your viewer does connect to Tessin and remains connected for about 1:15 minutes before getting disconnected, which is very close to the timeout period for lost connections (which is 1 minute). If you want us to be able to help you then please answer the questions I asked previously:

Does your viewer show the teleport completed or do you remain on the teleporting page with the progress bar until you're disconnected?

Does your viewer freeze when you get disconnected or do you get some error message? If you get an error message what does it say exactly?

Have you tried upgrading to the latest OpenSim-compatible Firestorm version? The version you're using now has known issues with OpenSim (see their release logs for details).

no error message .. it just crashes me when i try to teleport
When i try to TP it crashes me but i can go to the welcome center
i dont freeze it just quits me
i have the latest OS viewer

If it crashes then Tessin probably includes ones of the meshes that crashed older versions of Firestorm. You are using Firestorm-Releasex64 6.3.9.58205 which is not the latest version. The latest version is Firestorm-Releasex64 6.4.12.62831.

Scurvy, the version you just used to log into Kitely wasn't Firestorm-Releasex64 6.4.12.62831 it was Firestorm-Releasex64 6.3.9.58205 (you were logged in from 2021-01-31 16:03:33 to 2021-01-31 16:08:55 server time). Please install the OpenSim version I recommended and use it instead. I can't help you if you don't follow my instructions.

I am using the 62831 now and i still cant get to Tessin.
Answer this,,,, why can i get to the welcome center and not into Tessin???

Have you tried clearing your viewer caches?

Please open Firestorm > Viewer > Preferences > Network & Files > Directories and click both the Clear Cache and Clear Viewer Inventory cache buttons then restart your viewer and try logging into Tessin again.
