I plan on attending today's Kitely Community Meeting, which will be held as usual at 1:00pm PDT in Kitely Welcome Center.

I'll give an update of our current situation during the meeting.

Oh no, I actually woke up in time for the meeting for a change (albeit with a bad headache & NO HEAT on a cold day in the northeastern U.S., but fortunately we have a good maintenance plan for our ancient furnace & were able to get a technician to fix it this afternoon) and only just remembered it almost two hours later!🤦‍♀️

Hope you & yours & Oren are doing OK ... as OK as possible given current events. Thanks for checking in here on the forum. So sorry I missed the meeting. I'll try to find someone who was there to fill me in on what I missed.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ (Oops, that's probably not helping my headache.)

Don't Hate me for my words here but...first I find all violence to be evil. Second this part of the world bugs me as both parties Jews and Palestinians are both children of Abraham and should unify and celebrate unification not kill each other ...sheesh the horror. In one of my stays at a nursing home my main nurse was Palestinian, we once sat down for an hour and talked and she agreed with me on this point. I pray Ilam and everyone in harms way will be safe, and pray common sense will prevail and that those who seek peace on both sides will come to power and make it so.
The tragedy of this conflict has already unfolded with immense loss on both sides. While unity and peace should have been the path, the reality remains far from it. Let's hope the voices of reason and peace prevail amidst the devastation.
