What does "Connection between viewer and destination region could not be established." mean? I've not seen that error before.

I'm still having problems connecting.

I use the blue button to try to enter Ruminations, then start up the viewer (I've tried both Firestorm and Singularity). I've also tried typing in a "lighter" private world that I know loads up quickly.

The message I get each time is:

We're having trouble connecting. There may be a problem with your internet connection or the Kitely Grid. ....

Yet I can see that the Kitely website World Search page changes the worlds it displays, which suggests that some people are getting in.

Edited to add: I've just managed to log in to the "light" world.

I've had the logging on issue last few days (ish). Beaming to Kitely-Welcome-Center kinda clears it.

Nothing. I just tried clicking the Singularity viewer log-in button again, with "Intersections' still typed in the destination box.
