Does it happen in all worlds or are there worlds in which this doesn't happen?

Can you please give a time/date when you last saw this error and the world page of the world which you tried to enter at the time?

Does this happen when Firestorm is already open (but not logged in) when you press the Enter World button or only when Firestorm isn't running when you press the button?

I'm getting that too lately, in both Firestorm and Imprudence. Imprudence is doing it more, but also recovers better on the second try.

Happens randomly but often enough to be noticed. Started happening say since a couple of weeks. I wrote it off earlier thinking it is one of those rare events. And yes firestorm is not running when it happened. I never launch firestorm first ... I let the plugin do it. And that's how I teach other users to do it too.

just happened right now, twice consecutively. Just thought I would let you know.
So when firestorm is launched, progress bars stay stuck at the beginning for a while, and then it does not login in, fields of the browser are populated, and clicking on login on the browser allows you to go in fine.

We found the source of the problem, logins can sometimes time out for people with a lot of inventory items. We're currently working on a solution which we plan to roll out in the next few days.

I'm getting it every time, I usually log in to my Elbow world, which I think you have extra logging on.

When did this problem first appear?

We found the source of the problem, logins can sometimes time out for people with a lot of inventory items. We're currently working on a solution which we plan to roll out in the next few days.

I have less than 6000 inventory items. Maybe about a third of what I eventually expect to have uploaded? Something like that.

As I stated in my previous comment, we found the source of the problem. It has to do with the time it takes people who have a lot of inventory items to login (this doesn't affect people who don't have a lot of items in their inventory). We're currently working on an optimization which will speed up this process so that it doesn't time out (so bigger inventories than what you currently have won't be an issue as well).

We plan to roll out this improvement in the next few days.
