Error generating login response

Hello,
This is a fairly new behavior and I am wondering if it is due to some ongoing changes on kitely's end. When I click on the big blue button to log into my worlds I am at first getting an 'Error generating login response' and login fails. Then, if I click on login on the viewer, login on goes on fine. This never used to happen before. Is this behavior new?

Hi Ramesh,

We haven't changed anything. What viewer are you using and what operating system are you running it on?

Have you tried with another viewer as well?

Are you seeing the 'Error generating login response' in the viewer or on the Kitely website?

Hi Ilan,
I am using the firestorm viewer, the usual, that was obtained from the kitely link for the recommended version of firestorm.
The problem is not a show stopper, am just trying to understand the behavior.

Did you use the same viewer to login to another grid?

When did this problem begin?

yes the error shows in the firestorm viewer.
I am just using firestorm for kitely right now.
I log into SL using their own viewer.

I'm getting similar behaviour with Firestorm on my Mac.

Does it happen every time you try to login?

Happens to me most times with Kokua -- get's in on next attempt.

It started happening a few days ago (sorry not to be specific).

I've just tried changing to logging in via the big blue button with Imprudence -- same login failure: "Error generating login response".

Does this happen for any specific world or does it happen for all worlds you try to enter?
