The order was delivered inside a box called "Kitely Market Order 1000057524794" and is located either inside your Objects folder or your My Suitcase > Objects folder. Please restart your viewer and log into that account then open your inventory and make sure it's not filtering results. After you've done so look at the contents of those folders.

Please open Firestorm and log into Digiworldz using your Loriann Lamore avatar. Then open Firestorm > Viewer > Preferences > Privacy and make sure that Only Friends and Groups can IM me is disabled.
