WE have a seasonal terrain texture changer we would like to use. Is the osSetTerrainTexture working in Kitely?

Yes, but In order to prevent grieffing, osSetTerrainTexture is available only to the world manager of the world you want to use that function in. See: http://www.kitely.com/virtual-world-new ... functions/
It's no problem to use that function but I highly recommend you do not run it to make frequent changes as doing so can create load for the sim and everyone connected to it.
