I have a premium account. I uploaded the collaborative environment which is one region, and it has been working fine. I recently tried to upload another of the same kind of island onto a different region, but it tells me I have to upgrade. I should have 4 spare regions, how can I upload OARs onto them? Am I missing something?

Hi Sean,
The Premium Account includes 5 free regions in Premium Worlds. To use those regions you need to select the Premium World option in the New World dialog.
