new 4 sim area wont setup

I just started a new mega 4 sim. It's stuck at setup. Looks to be a name conflict?? anyways to reset this so I can change the name? an let the new land setup?

Hi TeddyB,

Please go to your My Worlds page, press the Manage link next to that world's name to open its Manage World dialog, and in that dialog press the Change world type link. Then select the Stored World option, save the change and press the Delete link in the My Worlds page to delete that world. That will cancel the Pay Pal subscription you created for that world. Once that is done we'll refund the payment you've made for that world.

When this is all complete go ahead and create a new world and please give it a name that is more than just 2 letters with a space between them.
