Region access - Sendalonde down?

Has the update completed? When I try to login either directly or via a TP to Sendalonde, it says I am not allowed. I own the region. I have it restricted to two groups right now and I am in both.

Yes we completed the update earlier today. Please visit the Kitely Welcome Center with your avatar now then try to teleport from it to your world.

Same problem. It says "teleport failed. You are not allowed to visit this world." I logged into one of my other worlds and then went to the Kitely Welcome Center where I tried to TP both by clicking on Enter World from the web page and using the map. Both fail.

Please check Prax Maryjasz worlds too. She cannot get into any of her regions and neither can I.

I can get into two other worlds I own: Featherburr and Friends and also Calchester.

UPDATE: I just this moment removed the group restriction on Sendalonde and can get into it. However, I want to restrict it to two or three groups while we are building.
The groups are Sendalonde Library and Pralex Estates

Do you have another group that you belong to that you can test this with? Please add just that single group as an access restriction to see if that too blocks your access to the world.

Update: we think we found the source of the problem. We're investigating a possible solution now.

You fixed it. Prax Maryjasz can get on her worlds again too.
