Another newcomer question, I'm afraid.
Standard World prim allowance is up to 60000.
But does that actually mean PRIMS, not Land Impact, as there is often a huge difference?

Kitely (and OpenSim in general) doesn't use Land Impact. Standard Worlds have a 60,000 prim limit.
