Denied access and banned from region.

I'm trying to tp my alt to my land but I keep getting

"Denied access and banned from region"

This is not something I have set this way nor is there anyone on the ban list.
Also all are set to adult.

Am I overlooking something?

Is it a Kitely alt or one from a different grid?

Is that alt able to teleport to the Kitely Welcome Center?

If that alt is a Kitely alt does it have its Account Maturity rating set to Adult? (you'll need to log into the Kitely website with that alt's account and switch to its Account Settings page to set that up if you haven't done so already).

The land is open to everybody of adult age. I wonder if anyone else can enter the world or if it's just my alt.

Hi Snoots,

I enabled the region option to define per parcel access restrictions, verified that all the parcels didn't restrict access more than the region does, disabled the per parcel access restrictions option then removed the region setting to only allow users who are 18+ to enter the region. This region was set to Adult and so was the World that contained it so our system already requires users with Adult account maturity rating to enter this world and there is no need to enable that viewer access restriction as well.
