Disappearing prim > Area search > 8,877,537,280 metres away > LMAO !

8,877,537,280 m away, is that possible ?
I actually have a few of the same disappearing prims
not all of them are that far away but Im stumped how to locate them
especially the 8 billion metre away one. LOL !

Any suggestions from the expert panel out there ?

UPDATE: stop the press :the 8 billion metre away prim is now 13,044,253,696 m away !

Hi Dante,

I wouldn't trust the distance the viewer is showing you. It can't search outside the region that you're in (and some distance above and below it).

Have you tried looking for the missing prims in your Lost and Found folder, in your Objects folder and in your Trash folder?

Hey Ilan,
I have and not to be found in any of the 3 you mentioned.
I have rezzed them several times
and each time when I just click on them they vanish
so there a few of them out there
though only 3 are showing up in Area Search

Are they scripted items?

Alternatively, is it possible you have these automatic hiding feature enabled?
