Anyone else using 9.2 on local host with world map problems?

Anyone else using 9.2 on local host with world map problems?

It is weird.

I moved to 9.2 and everything worked, including the world map.

I made a new install of it to focus on a single region build, and now the world map doesn't work? Is it because I only have a single region?

I checked the opensim.ini and both the new install and the old install match.

I don't "need" the world map since it's a single region, but I am wondering if it is an issue?
