Failed TP from Transfer station

This is happening today 13-July-2024. I log off from the Kitely Merchants sandbox, but on relogging I get an error message
This is followed by logging me out after a time-out and is repeatable. Nothing has changed on my system and logins to other grids are unaffected.
If I select the sandbox as my login destination from the splash screen that works perfectly every time.

I habitually log in and log off on the Kitely Merchants Sandbox as that gives a very quick entry to Kitely.
So the sandbox was/is the world in question. This problem only arose today.
I'm logging on at "Last location", which is the sandbox, when the problem occurs but if I log in to the sandbox via the splash screen it works perfectly.
As this only cropped up today and is only happening on Kitely I naturally assumed there would be some small problem at your end that your logs would reveal.
Firestorm 6.4.13. Not the latest but it's a very stable version.

Thank you for the additional info. We'll investigate whether this new issue is related to be our system update a couple of days ago. In any case, we'll work on fixing whatever is causing this. In the meantime, I suggest you login via the Kitely Welcome Center, which is always on.
