the script I sent was not part of the product but a more simple replacement script. Do you want me to make it a product and send it to Elijah?

hint:
If you want scripts to be editable for whatever reason, they need to be full perm.

Okay,

did some tests. I made the script a product on Kitely Market and sold it to an alt. The permissions are Mod|Copy.
My alt received the script and coulnd edit the script. When I send the script via IM my alt also cannot edit the script.
Making the scripts Copy|Mod|Transfer and sending via IM my alt was able to edit the script. The same when sold on Marketplace.

Okay so it seems there isn't a problem with the script delivery it's just that, as Dundridge pointed out, you can't edit scripts unless they are full perm.

this is actually normal behaviour for scripts :)
(well, it's normal to me)

Try renaming the received versions :) Then test with notecards, that's entertaining too :)
