A few problems just emerged with a few of my users. Sometimes, their browsers would not install the kitely plugin automatically.
Is there a site or link for the plugin for a forced install?
Next, how can users log into a world manually. I usually log in using my facebook account, but when I try to log in manually, it does not work. Can manual log in work for folks who use kitely using facebook account?

I am Sure Ilan or Oren will have better answers when they see your question.
First make sure when logging in manually, that the viewer password is correct.
The viewer password is auto generated when registering an account and is different than the one that you created for your account.
The Plugin automatically inputs the generated password into the viewer for you.
When logging in manually the Viewer password has to be the same as the one that is available in the settings page...
To check this or change the password to one of your own creation, go to the settings tab of the Kitely Homepage.

If you use the grid password with the OpenSim-compatible version of Firestorm then you should be fine regardless of which authentication method you use to login to the Kitely website.
