Can't Navigate Between Regions

New to Kitely. Love it so far, except I don't seem to be able to navigate between the two regions I have set up. My avatar can teleport, but even then, a window states the destination region is not running. Teleport seems to be the only way I can travel between the two. Both regions seem to be closed on all sides. I am using the Imprudence Viewer and tried to set the draw distance so I can at least see the other region, but even with the viewer graphics set at "Ultra," I can not. Tried to upload the Firestorm viewer, which I used extensively in the past, but my mac seems to be kicking it out now and though I can download it, the viewer will no longer work on my mac. I do have the "Kitely Plug In" installed. I don't know if this affects it in any way. So, I have two situations here, really, to sum things up.
1 - can't navigate between my regions
2 - can't see between my regions
Thanks for your help. : )

Welcome to Kitely Miriam.
Each Kitely world is a separate island on the Kitely grid. These islands are placed up to 8 regions apart so you wouldn't be able to see them even if you set draw distance to 1024m (which is as high as most viewers go).
If you want to be able to see, walk and fly between your regions you can create a big Kitely world which can be up to 1024m x 1024m (4x4 regions) in size. If you leave that world in Advanced Megaregion mode (which is the default for big worlds) your entire world will behave as one big region with no region crossing delays (as there won't be any region borders to cross).
Unlike SL and other OpenSim-based girds, Kitely doesn't keep worlds active when they aren't in use - this enables Kitely to offer you much lower prices and provide you with much more server resources than grids that need to keep all regions active 24/7. Worlds (with all the regions they contain) are activated once someone tries to enter them and deactivated a few minutes after they become empty of visitors. The message you get when you attempt to teleport to a region that is currently inactive notifies you that the destination is being started and that you will be teleported to it once it is active. 15 seconds to a few minutes after you are shown this message (depending on the amount of time it takes to start that destination world) you will be automatically teleported to your desired destination. This wait only happens if the world needs to e activated. If you try to teleport to a place that is already active the teleport will being immediately.
If you wish to use Firestorm with Kitely, which is the recommended option, make sure to download the OpenSim-compatible version of Firestorm:
http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/downloads ... nsim_build. Also, make sure to install it in the default installation directory in order for the Kitely Plugin to be able to find it.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
