Hi, I was reading the blog post about changing metered to premium and I wonder if this official info is correct ?

Yes, that's correct. You can create 5 single-region Premium Worlds with 100,000 prims each if you want.

The prim limit listed in our services page is per world; it isn't based on how many regions that world contains.
