Region Confusion

Good Afternoon
Hello, my name is Jacon Cortes and I am new to Kitely. In secondLife, I own a 16 region estate named Antiquity, that was founded in 2007. I have a question, that may have been asked 1000 times before, but here goes. I have a premium account and have recently been exploring it a bit. It says I have one region, but it can be expanded to 5? Or do I have the max number of regions? If more land area is needed, am I able to add a region or do I need to upgrade my account? Any help with this would be truly appreciated.
Thank You
Jacon

Welcome, Jacon!
With a Premium account you can create "Premium worlds" of different sizes: a single region, or a 2x2 (four regions as a square), or a 3x3 (9 regions), or a 4x4 (16 regions).
A Premium account has five included regions, so you could use these as a single region plus a 2x2 world.
The land rental for extra regions cost 10 KC per region per day, i.e. roughly 1 USD per month. So if you wanted a 16-region Premium world above and beyond your included premium regions, the land rental would cost an additional 16 USD a month.
Official details in case it helps:

Hi Jacon,
The Premium Account can create up to 5 regions in Premium Worlds |(total between all such worlds) at no additional cost to the Premium Account subscription. You can create more than 5 regions worth of land in your Premium Worlds but any additional such regions will be charged for at the rates specified in our Services page. You can also create as many fixed-price worlds as you like but those won't benefit from the free region quota that you get with your Premium Account. For details, see:
http://www.kitely.com/services
Kitely worlds can be up to 16 regions in size (arranged as a 4x4 region private island) but your world's size can't be changed after it has been created nor can you join multiple existing worlds to make them into one big world. You can, however, export the worlds to OAR files, merge those regions outside Kitely to form a bigger world then save that world to an OAR file and use it to create a new Kitely world that contains the contents of your smaller ones. You can find explanations how to do this in our forums or people who will do this for you (for a price) in the service providers section of our forum.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
