Hi,
I'm trying to terraform my 768 by 768 region using a raw file that I saved from L3dt. I switched off the advanced region and found out that only one region was terraformed, so what do I need to do to get the whole mega region terraformed do I need an OAR instead ? If so how ? Can I do it with sim on a stick? Or do I have to make 9 separate raw files?

Re: Uploading raw files to megaregion HELP
Hi Hans,
To change the terrain for a big world using RAW files you need to:
1) Create a separate RAW file for each region.
2) Make sure your world is not in Advanced Megaregion mode (it's an option in the Advanced tab of the Manage World dialog).
3) Enter the world, visit each region in turn, upload the appropriate RAW file into it and make any changes you want to that region's terrain textures (wait until the terrain changes before moving to the next region).
4) Turn Advanced Megaregion mode back on.
You can also do this in sim-on-a-stick, save the OAR file and upload that into Kitely.
