Post by Emma Portilo »

I am a premium member and have created several world, but they are all separate and apart. Can they be moved so they are all together?

Hi Emma,

Each Kitely world is separate island and can't be placed adjacent to another Kitely world. What you can do, however, is export the worlds to OAR (OpenSim Archive) files, merge them outside Kitely and then import back the multi-region, megaregion, or varregion OAR file you create outside Kitely back into a bigger Kitely world.

You can find service providers offering to help people with this process in the Service Providers section of our forums.

New Media Arts plans to deal with that issue by placing walkin teleporters in designed locations--a small cleft between boarder mountains, for example. You walk into the cleft and find yourself in another sim. We will have to figure our how to cover the sim startup, but most uses will be for planned events, so we just send someone ahead then.
