Region parcel gone mustang

Hallo
one of region parcel has reset itself and has contribute itself to a group. I don,t have any groups. so I can,t build or do anything on it.?
Region Storm Worlds,,The grand strand,,parcel ID# 00c91f00-0018-2100-7e00-00007e000000.it is a standard Region 4 2.2
and the box is gray out so it would let me clear the box.
