Unable export Eridani

Post by Justin Smith »

When I tried to export my Eridani sim, after a long delay, I get a message "Error in exporting this world". Any suggestions?

Is this a world you've successfully exported in the past?

Sorry, there was a problem parsing some of the objects in the world. Please try to export the world again; it should work now.

Sorry, I see another problem with one of the assets. We'll update Kitely again tomorrow morning.

We just updated the system again. It should work this time (fingers crossed...).

Unable export Celestial Toymaker Theater

Post by Ruby O'Degee »

I believe I have the same problem - tried to export at 6:42 am EST. In the past I successfully exported the Celestial Toymaker Theater, but the theater floor boards did not transfer. I am confused because, the boards and the floor textures were my own creations. When I asked Ilan about it, he suggested that it must be a permission problem somewhere.

I had no time to look into the issue after checking the permission status (full perm). My last attempt to export the Toymaker was weeks ago. I thought this time the world would again export without the boards. I expected that the transfer report would confirm the boards did not export. Alas, nothing at moved this time.

EDIT: I would like to thank you for the export report. :D It is a handy dandy little document.

You are a steady eddy Oren. Thank you and take the time you need. I am so far behind my own building schedule, I won't get back to it for awhile anyhow.
