Oar Failures

Having a bit of a problem the last twenty-four hours. I had a glitch in "Mike's Sandbox," and went to roll it back using one of my backup .OAR files and it failed after about 30 minutes. I tried a few more and each either "timed out," or gave me an upload failure. Some of these are .OAR files I've used before. So, I have a few quick questions.
1. is this particular world experiencing problems on the server side? I can enter the world and from this end it looks ok.
2. Is there a limit to the size of an .OAR that can be generated and restored? I've now tried at least 8 times with .OAR files ranging from 4,962kb, 400,459kb, up to 447,711 and none will now load, including the original .OAR that I used when I restarted.
3. Is it possible to restore that world from the daily backup from 06_18_2018?
Sorry for so many questions at once. That is my Sandbox world and up to this point I've been able to backup and restore .OARs with no problems. I also tried to disable the physics engine to see if that would help (it didn't). Even made sure that my internet provider wasn't having issues. If you can think of anything I've forgotten I'd love some more suggestions.
Thanks
Mike
