The white square is gone now but I'll still try to fix the problem with the colliders because you're right, they are extremely high.

Okay, great. It's possible the load was borderline and something else that was changed in your world during the last 24 hours tipped the scales back down enough to enable the tile generation process to complete. That said, it's best not to leave such high load objects rezzed in the world.
