I have noticed that there seems to be a green line running across one of my regions. It can be easily seen if someone stands at Serinity 7 251,84,25.

What is it and how do I get rid of it?

It's probably a viewer setting to display parcel boundaries. You can change it in Firestorm by opening World > Show More and deselecting Property Lines.
