Would anyone know when trying to go to Worlds End Showroom I would receive this message "Teleport Failed. You are not allowed to visit this store. I have bought some Items and am trying to find out his policy on redelivering and thought there might be something on his land. He does say visit his store. NB. I apologize if I posted this in the wrong place. New learning curve in Kitely.

Hi Lilith,

Ozwell hasn't kept his world active so you won't be able to visit it unless he reactivates it. I suggest you click his name in the marketplace and use the Send IM option to contact the merchant and ask him to reactivate his world so you'll be able to browse his goods inworld.
