hi hi. My parter wants to import an OAR file but Im thinking it will come in under my name. Can that be change so it imports under her name. of if thats not possible. can i transfer this region to her name and let her own it.

Imported OAR files retain object creator information but are owned by the world manager. The only way we currently support for transferring a world between accounts is by exporting it to an OAR file then importing that OAR file into a new world that was created in the account you wish to have the world in.
I'd therefore recommend your partner create a new world in her own Kitely account then import her OAR file into it directly. If you wish to help her pay for that world you can give her KC and have her change her account payment method (in her account Settings page) to one of the options that accepts Kitely Credits as payment.
