Can't make a new group

Apologies if this is in the wrong place...
I tried to make a group. The popup window said it costs 0 KC, and then it failed and told me I don't have enough KC.
Anyone know what might be going on?

Hi Taran,
Creating a new group costs 100 KC. What viewer and version were you using when you got this message?

I'm running Firestorm-Releasex64 6.3.9.58205 I guess
The message comes on the Create New Group window. The bottom button says "Create group for KC0"

That's new. Earlier versions of Firestorm properly showed the price was 100 KC.
