I don’t know where to find the total prims in use by an advanced world. The world is partitioned into many different groups and users.
Thanks

Hi Alexina,

To see how many prims are in use in your Advanced World open Parcel Details in the viewer, switch to the Objects tab and look at the Region Capacity field.

I don't find an OBJECTS tab in the World/Region Details option.

Is there a different Region Details area?

It's in the Parcel Details menu option in the viewer Snoots.

Thanks Ilan. Found it. However I don't understand some of the figures. Here's an About Land Objects box for Weefolk Township on Wellspring:

About Land Info.jpg
About Land Info.jpg (78.94 KiB) Viewed 6532 times
The figures show:

Region Capacity: 6147 out of 25307 (19160 available)
Parcel Land Capacity: 45196
Parcel Land Impact: 4003

Not sure where the 6147 or 25307 comes from.
The 19160 is of course 25307-6147. But from what?
Parcel Land Impact seems about right.

This is a MegaWorld with prim allowance of 180,000. So the region capacity and available prims isn't shown in this box. I believe that is what Alexina is originally wondering; how do we tell how many prims remain for use on the entire world?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Exactly, Snoots. Thank you for the documented write-up.

Snoots, please give me the location (coordinates) where you're seeing this. My guess is that Region Object Bonus Factor of the different parcels in this world may be messing up the viewer calculations. Regardless, the prim limit that our system enforces for a world is based on its World Type, not whatever the viewer is showing.

We understand, yes. We know we have 180,000 prims total. But as mentioned above, Alexina is trying to determine how many of those prims are still available... not by parcel, but on the entire world.

Hi Selby. I cannot use SceneGate. I am on a Mac.

My problem is that the land is parceled into many parcels. The only way I have now to find the total number of prims in use is to to spend a couple of hours going to each parcel and getting the total for that parcel and doing the math myself. I need either a script that will look at every parcel and do that for me or have the about land report it in the first line of objects.
